JR Nutrition is responsible for collecting, processing, storing and safe-keeping personal and other information as part of providing a nutritional therapy services to clients and carrying out our regular business activities including consultations, workshops, talks and corporate consultancy. We manage personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and we are registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office Registration Number ZB510944.

Your personal data will be stored as defined by our professional association BANT and registering body CNHC. 

We may obtain information from a third party such as another healthcare provider. From time to time this could be through a third-party email marketing company, who have their own privacy policy and will protect your data. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

We collect data for the purposes of healthcare. Data is managed to ensure that it is either erased from our system when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, retained for legal reasons or minimised and retained.
